VIP Platinum 48 - dissatisfied

My host does all he can to offer me bonuses but he keeps saying the system says I’m ineligible.

Also, I’ve wagered over $1million in two weeks with this company. They say there is a “bug” in their system because I haven’t received $1 on BC rakeback - nothing has unlocked despite $1million of wagering, which should work out to around $2,000 according to their formula. There is no timeline to fix this.

Overall, considering my level of play and how fast I climbed the ranks, I expected higher discretionary bonuses. Very disappointed. Otherwise they have an amazing platform and super fast withdrawals and great games, but I wanted the community to know that I feel undervalued as a VIP platinum 48 member and can’t even get any rakeback! What a joke.

I’m told the same thing time after time from my host! I often have to ask for help as my information is not reflecting the right amounts one day to the next. When I do that my host will file for a ticket, but then they’ll come back and say that there’s nothing wrong even though I have screenshots showing that my wager was more that day and then once they gave us that BC Bank my wager disappeared and never came back correct. 
 

I have been here for years and it’s like the don’t value loyal customers lately.
