I am escalating this publicly because my ticket has been completely ignored for 14+ days.

Deposit Details:

• Amount: ₹5,000
• Date & Time: 24-Nov-2025, 11:03 AM IST
• UPI Ref No: 392756640722
• Recipient: Sereena Sulthan (sereena88480@iob)
• My Bank: Punjab National Bank (Payment 100% successful)
• Order ID: F-1849648644640825672
• Ticket ID: 9491468 (Still showing Pending)
• Current Status on site: “Under Review – 7-Day Full Manual Credit” → 14 days ho chuke hain, 0 INR credited

This is clearly not normal.  BC.Game deposits never take 7-14 days for “manual review”.

If this ₹5,000 is not credited to my wallet within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to:

• File official complaint on cybercrime.gov.in
• Report to RBI Ombudsman for UPI fraud
